Finance Manager TTMB

The Manager, Finance will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s financial reporting is
thorough, accurate, and timely in respect of internal and external reporting requirements. Areas of
financial management include (but are not limited to) budgeting, development and maintenance of
accounting and administrative systems, direction of daily financial activities, information preparation
and dissemination and implementation of internal controls.

Responsibilities

Oversees, monitors, and manages the company’s finances

Provides support in the effective, efficient, and fully compliant
operations of the Finance Department

Leads the financial reporting efforts of the company

Reviews and approves work, conducts performance
appraisals, provides guidance and feedback in the execution
of day-to-day duties

Manages Relationships with External Stakeholders

Delivers strategic advice, support, and recommendations to
enable informed decision making and strategy development

Must Have

Post graduate degree in Accounting or Finance or a related professional qualification, ACCA, CA or
CMA

A minimum of five years' experience in a similar managerial position
