TTCAA – Clerical Assistant – Duties and Responsibilities
The salary for the Clerical Assistant position is $4721.00.
Two month contract
The duties and responsibilities would be as follows:
- Organize and maintain confidential and operational records and files;
- Maintain the Division’s schedule by maintaining calendar; arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences and travel;
- Record minutes and submit minutes for approval;
- Provide receptionist services;
- Prepare statistical reports on resources including personnel, supplies and equipment;
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies;
- Assist in providing administrative support to ensure that Operations are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner. Main Activities include:
- Type Correspondence, Memoranda, Requisitions, Board Notes Reports and other documents;
- Maintain office files;
- Take and distribute minutes of meetings.
- Perform related tasks as necessary.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILL:
- 5 GCE/CXC O’ Level subjects including English Language and Mathematics.
- Certificate in advanced Computer Literacy including Microsoft Office Suite.
